OUR HISTORY

WITH EXCITEMENT FOR NEW BEGINNINGS, Isaiah Peña, President of I.M. Peña Builders, has always been determined to create masterful experiences for everyone. Since the beginning, Isaiah has had the passion for building things. His father, an architect, served as his role model. Exposed to blueprints, design plans, and more, a career choice made by his father became a family tradition and identity. It hasn’t been always about building homes and commercial establishments for Isaiah. Like everyone else, he started small. He got his first construction experience from building boutiques. From there, he learned to run a construction business - a humble beginning to a masterful journey. I.M. Peña Builders started from family and continues to treat each project like one – with compassion and care.

Prepared to rise higher, I.M. Peña Builders was established on July 2017. After years of experience learning from his father and his exposure in the industry, he took on these challenges with grit and grace. The I.M. Peña Builders Team started small, like Isaiah’s construction journey, but that didn’t stop them from getting better and growing. Less than a year after the company’s launch, they landed their first two major projects that would launch I.M. Peña Builders to greater heights. These residential projects awarded to I.M. Peña Builders became an opportunity for them to make their mark in the architecture, construction, and design industry.

Following through the success of these projects, I.M. Peña Builders has gotten bigger and better. What started as a passion project building boutiques and stalls is now an all-in-one architecture, construction, and interior design firm creating homes and commercial establishments. From his passion to construct and create, he also built the company from the inside by establishing the three core values to which I.M. Peña Builders must adhere to – Excellence, Humility, and being an Audience of One. I.M.
